How to Install COR•REC

The first time COR•REC™ is launched a setup process will commence. This may take several minutes to complete. The Welcome to COR•REC view will be your first contact with the application. The single user version only requires that you select the accounting tab located at the top of the view and as an accounting button located in the body of the view. Documentation is as important to a solid software application as the code itself. Please, when a question of software use arrises refer to the documentation.

Accounting Setup View

The right way to start: Located in the lower right of the view is a button decorated with a question mark. Selecting the button will open the COR•REC™ documentation. Read completely then continue :). Or, if you prefer use the short cut supplied below and read the documentation as required. Don't forget to set your preferences, a very important step.

• Setup Shortcut
• 1. Select either the accounting tab located at the top of the view or the accounting button located in the body of the view.
• 2. From the far left list select your preferred chart of accounts.
• 3. From the lower right corner of the view select "Create Accounts"
• 4. A confirmation of choices appears, leave as is (all checked) hit Okay.
• 5. Once finished a dialog will open at the top of the view indicating the accounting setup is complete. Select "Okay"
• 6. Finally from the lower left of the view select "Restart"
