By accessing the Site or downloading, installing, or using any Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable End-User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not download or install our Software.

4. Website & Service Availability

We make every effort to maintain uninterrupted availability of our Site and downloads. However, we do not guarantee:

5. Payments & Refund Policy

We accept PayPal and other payment methods as listed on the Site. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment instrument provided.

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable: Because Software downloads are instantly accessible, all sales are final once a download is initiated, except where required by law.

6. Software Downloads & Licensing

All downloadable Software is provided under the terms of the applicable End-User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA governs your use of the Software.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your system meets the minimum requirements
  • Software is compatible with your operating system and third-party software
  • Your data is backed up prior to installation

CORGROUP® LLC is not liable for incompatibility with third-party software (including QuickBooks versions), data conversion limitations, system configuration issues, or data loss.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in activities including but not limited to:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to servers, databases, or systems
  • Distributing malware, spyware, or harmful code
  • Interfering with site functionality or security
  • Scraping, harvesting, or using bots to access site content
  • Using the Site or Software for illegal or harmful purposes

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access.
